Dance Away the Exercise | #33 - Zumba

33. Zumba!! - DONE 6/2/15

I'm more likely to exercise when I can do something that will let me forget I'm exercising. I think dancing is one of the best ways to do that. I've used the "Just Sweat" feature on Just Dance and I love it. I also used to do an exercise video on Netflix that was based around salsa dancing. Now, I'm terrible at dancing (the first time I took a dance class I dislocated my knee), but I think it's super fun.

I've always wanted to try Zumba, and so, with the encouragement and company of the wonderful Sara, I did! We found a class at the Orem Rec Center and got to dancin'. The instructor was super fun and it was definitely a work out. My knees suck and I'm way out of shape, but I would totally do go again.
