81. Fry 3 different foods in oil (9/13/2018) This goal was originally to "deep fry something at home." But I fried something in oil and realized that "deep frying" would take way more oil than I'm willing to use, so I decided to change this one. I think frying things in oil is such an interesting way to cook and the crispiness that comes from it is one of my favorite things. I decided to do a few different types of foods, so I could see how different things respond to frying. And I figured if I did more than one thing that I could learn some tricks along the way :) Side note: All of the things I've done have been within my AIP diet, so I've used coconut oil or avocado oil, and cassava flour.
